While our Entrepreneurs-in-Residence may have specific criteria, we typically look for the following:

  • Free cash flow of $1-5M

  • Consistent track record of profitability (no start-ups or turnarounds)

  • Located in the US or Canada

  • EBITDA multiple of 2-5x

We are agnostic to industry, although we have most expertise in technology, healthcare, industrials and consumer products/services. Additionally, we are open to the following, which often fall outside the criteria of search funds targeting businesses of this size:

  • Franchise portfolios

  • Management teams who wish to stay in place

We have experience identifying levers to add value - either for our own businesses or for private equity and/or publicly traded companies. We can apply that experience to help with your business.
